These Terms of Service govern use of HunterHum, an independent product-information service published by Martha Awad. By using the HunterHum website or MCP tools, you agree to these terms.
HunterHum helps users discover and compare AI, robotics, smart-home, wearable, and future-technology products using structured information linked to manufacturer sources. The service is informational only.
HunterHum does not currently sell products, process checkout or payments, provide warranties, or act as an authorized reseller for the manufacturers shown in the catalog. Unless a relationship is expressly disclosed, product listings do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with a manufacturer.
Prices displayed by HunterHum are dated observations from linked manufacturer pages, not live quotes or HunterHum sale offers. Prices, taxes, shipping, availability, specifications, promotions, and terms can change without notice. Users should verify current information on the linked manufacturer website before making a purchase decision.
HunterHum may provide links to third-party manufacturer websites for verification and further information. Those websites are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. HunterHum is not responsible for third-party website content, availability, transactions, fulfillment, returns, warranties, or support.
HunterHum's own name, original text, service design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Their appearance in HunterHum is for identification and informational comparison and does not imply endorsement.
You may not use HunterHum to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, abuse automated access, misrepresent HunterHum or third-party relationships, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
